1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kainex service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kainex provides real-time and historical stock market data from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), analytics tools, trend detection, and a developer API. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational purposes only.
Kainex does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicit the purchase or sale of any securities. All data is provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- > Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- > Maintain and promptly update your account information
- > Maintain the security of your account credentials
- > Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. API Usage Terms
Access to the Kainex API is subject to the following conditions:
- > API access is governed by the rate limits of your subscription plan
- > API keys must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties
- > You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data without written consent
- > Automated scraping or excessive requests beyond your rate limit are prohibited
- > We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or violation of these Terms
5. Subscription & Payments
By subscribing to Kainex Pro ($4.99/month), you agree to pay the applicable fees via our payment processor, Paddle.com. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page — access continues until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email. Canceled subscriptions cannot be resumed; a new subscription must be purchased.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kainex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kainex, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on our Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Subscription payments processed by Paddle are subject to Paddle's refund and chargeback policies.
